DELIVERY

A charge of £3.95 will be added for postage and packing to all UK mainland addresses.  All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Please contact us for information on delivery charges to European or worldwide destinations.

We aim to deliver to the UK within five working days, but can only guarantee delivery within 14 days.  We will inform you of any significant delay in order dispatch via email or telephone.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, we will gladly refund or exchange it.

Please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt and return the item in protective packaging within 7 days.  Unfortunately postage and packing cannot be refunded.  We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all returns.
